At Lyon Equipment we understand quality and service, so we ensure your order gets the highest possible attention. We use Parcelforce as our main carrier to offer a prompt, tracked and signed for delivery service. We reserve the right to choose alternative carriers and services depending on the bulk of your order, location etc.
Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of being placed. (Further details below)
Delivery days – We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday that day for next day delivery.
Orders placed before 12pm Friday will be delivered the following Monday.
Orders placed after 12pm Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays) for Tuesday delivery.
Please note – Deliveries to the Highlands & Islands have restrictions on delivery speeds, so deliveries to these locations may take longer.
Please note – Free delivery is unfortunately not available to certain postcode areas. Examples include postcode areas specified as Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man. For full details please scroll down to the delivery chart.
If you require a faster delivery service e.g. before 12pm, Saturday delivery etc. this may be possible. Please call us to discuss; we are here to help.

All items shown as “in-stock” on our website are physically held in our warehouse for immediate dispatch. However, there may be times when our stock management system is wrong. We will inform you of any shortages as soon as we can and offer you the following options: a revised delivery date, an alternative product or you may cancel your order.
We are currently only able to offer delivery within the UK. - Please contact us for information on exporting Lyon manufactured products.
